Description
“Fast-Track” Courses
“Fast
Track” courses
are limited to 10 attendees per class
“Fast
Track” courses
range in length from 4 hrs to 32 hrs (½ –
4
days)
“Fast
Track” courses
come with a course “study guide~work
booklet”
When
compared to other “high Quality” online courses, “Fast
Track” courses are extremely affordable
In
our “Fast Track” courses, we hammer home
“time-and-time-again”
key information until the attendee “knows it cold”
“Fast
Track”
courses
don’t
spend
a lot of time on “fluff
information”
(like
names, dates, and other information that is not needed
to
get the job done in the field)
The
material “Fast Track” courses cover is
technical in nature, can be hard to understand. Many very
intelligent people just “arn’t wired” to grasp and
understand this information
If
the attendee has a technical mind, and puts forth a real
effort, that attendee will, in all likelihood, become
proficient with the technology our “Fast-Track”
courses present
The
prospective attendee should understand that “Fast
Track” courses requires a working knowledge of:
“Trade
Math” working with, and manipulating fairly simple linear
algebraic equations. This
is
what we call Trade
Math. Don’t
worry, no quadratic equations, no Trig, no
Calculus, just math that trades technicians use!
“Trade
Sciences” or “Trade Physics” ~ this is the
“hands-on ~ hey
this also makes sense” type of mechanical Science or
Physics. This
is not college level Physics,
just “hmm
– so
that’s why it works the way it does”.
There
will be verbal quizzes during the course with many questions
directed to everyone, and other questions directed to
individuals. These verbal quizzes are not used to put anyone “on
the spot” or to embarrass anyone, they are used to allow
the instructor (and the attendee) to see the progress that is
being made
If
the instructor doesn’t see an attendee making adequate
progress in a course, the instructor may suggest the attendee
think about continuing with the course and take it again at a
later time (at a reduced price of 50%) to re-enforce what may
have been missed. On the other hand, the attendee may decide to
stop the course for them and receive a refund based on our
“Mony-Back-Guarantee”,
Attendees
who complete a course will receive a certificate of completion.
Attendees
who complete a course, and requests (and passes) a 10 minute
(aprox) online 2-way discussion of the subject matter with the
instructor will receive the certificate of completion stating
that the attendee has also demonstrated an ability to
effectively apply the technical information presented in the
seminar

Comments
From Students
Timothy
Reardon (Tim) started putting together Trade Ready Technologies
in Sectember, 2023. He did this because family responsibilities
prevented him from being away from home
for
days or weeks at a time while he presented technical
presentations to tradespeople. He now has a training studio in
Spartanburg, South Carolina where he prepares and presents
technical courses primarily for trades people. For over 40
years, Tim has been involved with developing and presenting
technical courses. Over that period of time, Tim has received
“feedback” from students about his courses and his
presentations. The majority of the comments have been extremely
positive ~ here are just a few of such comments:
Scott
S. (Mechanical Engineer) “I think he did a really good job. I
learned a lot, I enjoyed the presentations, and he covered
everything I asked ... great job Tim” AC-Refrigeration
Robert
L. (U.S. Coast Guard) “A really good class Tim! Perfect method
of introducing information about a new
technology” AC-Refrigeration
Carl
N. (Senior Mechanical Technician) “I learned more in this
class than just about any electrical class I have ever taken -
super job Tim! Everyone in class participated in the “Where’s
The Volts” troubleshooting exercises and it was a lot of
fun. These new troubleshooting techniques will defiantly help me
solve problems in the future” Electrical
101 & 102
Tom
S. (Licensed Electrician) “My boss signed me up because he
heard this trainer was “really-really” good at teaching
“thinking outside the box” troubleshooting techniques. I
went to the class thinking I knew everything … boy, was I
wrong. Tim filled in a ton of gaps in my knowledge base and he
taught me several new troubleshooting techniques thanks to his
“Mr Meter” and
his “Where’s The Volts” exercises. Thanks Tim, I’m
using this information just about every day now” Electrical
101 & 102
Dan
S. (Technician) “This class is perfect for a person like me …
someone with mechanical hands-on experience. I now understand
why saturation temperatures are so important in
a refrigeration system … and whats happening in every part of
a system. AC-Refrigeration
Joice
D. (U.S. Air Force) “I am the only female in a maintenance
department where the male technicians think they’re so much
smarter than I am. Several techs would give me false information
about an AC or electrical system because they knew I didn’t
understand “how” or “why” things work. Well, things have
changed! Because of these classes, I now have a solid
understanding of AC and Electrical systems and I can identify
information from them that is nothing but B.S.” These techs
are now coming to me at times to help them understand and
troubleshoot problems. AC-Refrigeration
101 & Electrical 101 & 102
Richard
V. (P.E.) “Instructor was fantastic! Great material, great
presentation, new ways of looking at things, Tim is a very
knowledgeable teacher” Electrical
101 & 102
Steven
B. (Civil Engineer) “I enjoyed looking at real world problems
and the different techniques we can use to troubleshoot them ...
ways of thinking
outside the box". AC-Refrigeration
101
Doug
F. (Mechanic – Technician) “I was promoted to a new
technician position where I will be fixing production machines
and equipment. I was having trouble solving
electrical problems because I
didn’t understanding electrical technology (the electrical
theory). Thanks to Tim and his “Mr Meter – Where’s The
Volts” training
processes and
exercises, I now feel I can now troubleshoot almost
any machine problem that might
come up – thanks
Tim, I really appreciate it and I will continue studying the
subject” Electrical
101 & 102

Note from Tim Reardon ~
“Thanks
guys, it’s statements like these that
means so much to me, and makes me want to continue doing this
work. As you know, I am a trades technician myself. For
me, working with tradespeople is a lot of fun – we are a
unique bunch.
It’s
my plan to continue doing this work … as long as there is a
need, and the lord allows me to do so.”
